Be our guest for a brand new lunch menu at Jojo, presented by Chef Stefano Merlo. Combining tradition with innovation, experience modern, creative and simple dishes with quality products that highlight slow food and biodynamic products.

Italian Chef Stefano has created an appealing menu for Jojo using seasonal produce from the finest purveyors all over Italy. Daily deliveries from regional specialists provide a unique gourmet experience in Bangkok. Offering an exceptional array of both traditional and contemporary dishes, reflecting the colorful flavors and plentiful nature of Italian dining in elegant contemporary surroundings.

Hailing from the historic city of Padua in northern Italy, Chef Stefano brings over 20 years of international experience in his role as the Chef De Cuisine. His culinary footprints outside Italy extend to Australia, Japan, Portugal and Thailand where he has worked with highly distinguished executive chefs within award-winning restaurants and five-star hotels.

Main courses start from THB 360++. Chef Stefano’s personal recommendations include the Tomato ‘Passata’ and Burrata Cheese Spaghetti, the Korobuta Pork Loin, the Braised Veal Cheeks, the Slow Cooked Lamb Shoulder.

Jojo Antipasti Buffet offers salads with fresh leaves, cold cuts, a choice of pizza or homemade pasta, fresh fruit and soft drink.
